We try our very best to ensure all orders are delivered on time. In the event that a package we ship is not delivered on time, we have several options that can assist you.
If a package we shipped from your order via Economy 7-14 days is not delivered on time, we ask that you wait seven days after the expected delivery date before contacting us about your package missing its delivery promise. At this point, we can offer you a full refund for your order. If you would prefer that we reship your order instead, we ask that you wait thirty days after your package's last scan before contacting us about your lost package.
If we shipped your package via Ground 3-7 days and it is not delivered on time, please contact us two days after the package missed its expected delivery date listed on UPS.com.
If we shipped your package via Second Day Air 2-4 days and it is not delivered on time, please contact us one day after the package missed its expected delivery date listed on UPS.com.
